How We Maintain Our Standards

Our mission is to provide high quality service with trained staff, follow the standards and implement best practice at all times.

Quality Commission inspection report:

“We visited the offices of the agency and spent time with the manager. We looked at care records for people who used the service and staff files. We looked at the policies and procedures that the service had in place and spoke to staff about their roles. We spoke with people who used the service and gathered their views on the care that they received. They spoke highly of the service and were happy with the staff and the care that they received. One person told us „We have good communication with the service and they are very adaptable“. Staff received appropriate training that was relevant to the needs of people who used the service and staff felt supported by their manager.”

Every aspect of running and managing our business is set out in a comprehensive set of policy documents. These policies ensure that we meet the statutory requirements for running a home care agency. They cover all aspects of staffing, managing, and caring for our clients and uphold the preservation of health and safety standards.

All of our policies are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with legislation and regulations. We embody quality in everything we do, delivering a service appropriate to each individual client’s needs.

We have a comprehensive self-assessment system to ensure that we maintain the standards we have set ourselves. We also receive regular inspections from the Care Quality Commission.

As a member of The UK Home Care Association we are obliged to strictly follow their guidelines and Codes of Practice to uphold the highest standards of care.
